Retour sur Café coach Paris International - «Keeping ourselves fit for purpose through reflecting on our coaching practice» le 14 octobre 2015

Alison HodgeICF chapter Paris Ile de France organised the second ICF Paris International breakfast meeting on 14th October last - in English. As a follow up, we are delighted to share with you this article on the event.

Our guest speaker this time was Alison Hodge from the UK, who presented highlights from her doctoral study on coaching supervision and we discussed together about how important it is for us as coaches to keep fit for purpose.

The event was attended by seasoned as well as relatively new coaches, coming from a wonderful variety of national and professional backgrounds. Various participants have shared with us that they had particularly appreciated the high-quality of the speaker and how this event contributes to their professional growth.

In view of the recent events in Paris, I would like to add a personal note about how important I think it is to look after our resilience and resourcefulness.

For the participants we trust this article can serve them as a useful resource. For others, we hope this will be of interest to you. Enjoy reading!
