Virtual Facilitation Skills – an introduction

with Fredrik Fogelberg

Co-organised by Dana Lefeuvre, Gaëlle Coqueblin,

Jo Leymarie and Gabriela Buettner

Are you:

  • Getting more and more requests from clients to deliver coaching, training or group facilitation virtually?
  • Finding yourself running meetings and facilitating training and coaching sessions virtually far more frequently than previously?
  • Interested in new learning methodology and keen to start applying this right away in your practice?

If so, join this 90 minute online workshop !

Globalization and technological advancement are rapidly changing the way people work and working virtually in remote teams is not the exception any more. It is actually the rule.  Virtual training, coaching and facilitation of all kinds carry considerable benefits, including increased flexibility, significant budget savings without accommodation and travel costs, and the potential to reach customers all across the world.   It can be just as effective and as much fun as getting together with customers in the same room!

This said, virtual facilitation requires a different skillset than face-to-face delivery. This session, offered by Fredrik Fogelberg, will give you an impression of what it takes to design & deliver interactive and engaging virtual classroom sessions with your clients. His company Nomadic International Business Pyschology (NIBP) has been delivering online facilitation and trained over 100 facilitators since 2009. They have graciously offered to give us a free taste of what the program involves over a 90-minute session.
