Professional coaching for leaders and by leaders inside of corporate systems is an innovation, causing individuals and teams to renew and restore access to innate creativity and the resourceful capacity that is inherent in being human. Often cited in CEO surveys as a top need to improve performance and sustain competitive advantage, innovation is also confused a great deal with invention and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the desire in organizations is that the status quo be disrupted so that the workforce is doing something different and useful not just doing the same thing better (continuous improvement) or simply creating a new idea or method (invention).

Event Specifics

THE PROCESS

The webinars will feature breakout rooms in order to enhance interactivity. Participants will be broken into triads for the webinars and practice in between.

After registration and approximately one week before the first webinar, you will be sent:

• a link to access the webinars and passwords (beginning and ending)
• Triad Coaching Guidelines in relationship to the ICF’s core competencies and
• Janet’s article, Drive Disruption or be outpaced to be published in CHOICE Magazine this June 2018.

After the first webinar June 13, you will receive:

• Link and login details for 2nd webinar
• A Coach Development Plan and
• Self Assessment Tools in order to help become comfortable with competency language (e.g. ACC to PCC and PCC to MCC expectations)

This unique series of webinars will help coaches not only adhere to key coaching competencies, but also prepare for the next level of certification and up their game as coaches.

Upon inscription, please fill in your credential level (if not already completed) to facilitate creation of triads in order to work with coaches at similar levels. If you register for these webinars, you are giving ICF France implicit permission to access and share your information with the others in your triad

Janet M. Harvey, ICF Master Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, Accredited Coaching Supervisor, ICF Global Past President, has 30 years of experience as both a corporate and entrepreneurial business executive.

An early adopter for creating a coach-centered workplace, Janet has worked with global organizations and teams of leaders within to establish a generative, resilient and high-performance culture through a coaching approach to leading and managing success.

ICF Paris International. is an English-language initiative by ICF Chapter Paris Ile de France.
