A propos de Shana Roy

Today, after all those years dedicated to the HR frontline and strategic partnership, I have decided to refocus on personal & professional development, through coaching & psychoeducation.

Canadian & French with three main fields of expertise: Psychoeducation, human resources, and professional coaching. Stemming from a family of entrepreneurs, I’ve started my professional life filling-in for various positions in the family businesses. From the very beginning, I was attracted to the human aspects of work. Having completed a degree in psychoeducation, I worked in Canada, France, and the UK, before steering my career towards HR. The way in which it combines the unique human aspect of everything, with wider collective considerations, to serve the business needs, helping achieve common goals, was key to me being attracted to the field.

I spent more than 12 years at Danone in HR leadership roles, covering an array of geographical scopes, in various business units including a production plant, R&D activities, hospitality management, through to the corporate head offices.

I’m passionate about tackling BUSINESS challenges through the DEVELOPMENT of PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONS. I thrive best in a transformation environment in which people, teams, organizations, and business need to reinvent themselves, building on the assets they already have. As a natural accelerator of the expression of individual and collective potentials, I help them see things from various angles, serving well-being and overall performance. I am convinced that a company can impact much more than just its business.

Strongly driven, as I am, by challenges in which I can expand my experience and keep learning, taking the position of Chief People Experience Officer at Talentsoft came as the obvious move in 2019. The same logic applied to me joining Swile in 2022, there again as Chief People Experience Officer.
I am experienced at working in complex organizations boasting multicultural diversity, involving strong personalities, at every level of management, in challenging contexts, spanning from start-ups in their scaling phase, striving to build a sustainable business, to publicly listed CAC40 companies.
