Coaching and mentoring are passions for me. I especially enjoy working with high potential woman and digital professionals.

25+ years of leadership experience managing international teams in R&D, Sales, Services, Consulting, Marketing, and Organizational Development in the technology sector in Silicon Valley, Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, having held executive positions in fast paced, virtual, multicultural, and highly matrixed environments. I also have in-depth, advanced coaching training and certification and eight years of direct coaching experience which complements my extensive business experience. I have worked at and with companies such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Hewlett Packard, ATT, Amazon, Google, Ebay, Nike, BofA, BNP, France Telecom, BT, Vodafone, Telefonica, and Wells Fargo.
